These terms apply to your use of sign-off.uk (the "website"). By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Using the website

• The website tells you about SIGNOFF and lets you request access to our pilot.
• We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
• You're responsible for the device and internet connection you use to access it.

The SIGNOFF app and the pilot

• Use of the SIGNOFF app is covered by separate terms, agreed when you or your company start using it.
• Requesting pilot access doesn't guarantee a place. We choose pilot users at our discretion and may change, pause or end the pilot at any time.
• Features shown as "Coming soon" or "In development" aren't available yet and may change before release.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our app, our servers or any connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or attack the website through denial-of-service or similar methods;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website using automated tools;
• submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms.

We may block access and report suspected misuse to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics and 3D content, and the SIGNOFF name and logo, belong to SIGNOFF Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for any other purpose without our written permission. Partner and award logos belong to their owners and are shown to reflect programmes and recognition SIGNOFF has been part of.

Information on the website

Content on the website is general information about SIGNOFF. It isn't legal, financial, commercial or quantity surveying advice, and it doesn't replace professional advice. We don't promise any particular outcome from using SIGNOFF, including the outcome or timing of any payment.
